EBA S
The compact and efficient, fully automatic
stirrup bending maschine
The EBA S and EBA 16 bending machines are robust, compact and efficient. They are easy to operate, and due to the integral control system extremely high output and high accuracy are achieved.
In the fully automatic version, the machine has program-controlled setting of coils, and as an option automatic change of wire diameter.
3D bend
The automatic 3D bending head is available as option for all EBA-S and Pluristar machines.
For example, for stair production, it is of great importance to be able to bend 3D stirrups automatically.

Pluristar
Combi Machin
- straightening, cutting and bending
Pluristar is developed for element factories, which need an all-round machine, for the production of rebar from coils. The Pluristar is an efficient and space-saving machine that covers all necessary functions in reinforcement production.
In one and the same machine, Pluristar has the functions bending, rotor straightening, cutting and double bending on the outlet line.
The machine is designed for processing steel from coils with a diameter of 6 -16 mm. Thread change is done automatically.
The rotor direction with automatic adjustment ensures a fast and completely straight direction of rod steel from 6-16 mm.
MSR
Straightening and cutting of wire
When straightening of the wire it is imperative for achieving a constant result, regardless of varying steel qualities. Progress' rotor straightening technology guarantees an optimum straightening that meets all applicable standards.
The efficient MSR machine with up to 6 rotors has primarily been developed for companies with a need to produce reinforcement according to the "just in time" principle, for example for net welding machines.
Thread diameter 6-25mm.
As an option, the machine is offered as a "twinn" version with larger output. The machine can also be offered with double bend on the outlet line with automatic change of bending mandrel.
The ESR machine
- for straightening and cutting of single thread
The ESR machine is equipped with single rotor straightening. The machine is available with both manual or automatic adjustment by change of wire diameter.
This all-round machine is designed for factories that with a need for a flexible production, who still want to maintain a high production output. The rotor direction system, the coil implementation and the logistics system are designed to the individual specifications.

Coil Claw
Coil claw for 2 inner coils diameters.
An efficient material supply as well as a smooth conversion of coils saves time and supports the production flow. The coil claw is available with two different inner coil diameters.
Wire Butt Welder
The wire butt welder makes it possible to weld the end of the almost finished coil together with a new coil.
Coil diameter: ø 6 - 20 mm.
Wire Straightener
For processing thick wire diameters, Progress's equipment is the preferred equipment.
The wire straightener ensures a very easy coil feeding process.
Coil diameter up to ø 20 mm
Barcode Scanner
With the barcode scanner it is easy and fast to record production data. This tool replaces manual data entry, and speeds up the digital administration of production data.
Bundle Binder-System
The automatic bundle binder system supports the production and prepares the cut rebar bundles for transportation..
