Water Feeding
Water scale:
Water for the mixing process is weighed out in the water weigh hopper via feeding valves for both hot and cold water. The water is calculated approx. 150L/m³ concrete, which quantity is obtained with great accuracy by coarse and fine feeding. The capacity of the scale is 100-800L
The weigh hopper is discharged directly into the mixer via a valve with a large opening. Alternatively a pump is mounted below the scale and water is discharged under pressure. This also provides a washing effect in the mixer every time the weigh hopper is discharged.
Flowmeter:
When water is fed directly into the mixer, the quantity is controlled by coarse and fine feeding valves and measured in a magnetic flowmeter with great accuracy. This system is typically used in the production of dry concrete and as "extra water" for the mixing process.
Admixture proportioning
Storage tanks for admixture are delivered from 1.000 to 20.000 L
Accessories for storage tanks:
- Agitator - pause/pulse controlled
- Remote filling
- Level measurement
Feeding pumps are delivered with a capacity of 2-100L/min. The lifting height and the viscosity of the admixture desices the type of type:
- Gear pump
- Centrifugal pump
- Air driven diaphragm pump
